Directions

• 1 egg
• 1/2 shortening
• 1 1/2 c. cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 c. boiling water
• 1/2 c. sour milk
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt

• Mix in order given when all ingredients have been added
• Beat well & bake at 350 degrees
